Recharge & Bill Payments
We enable you to connect to your service providers on our platform through backend integration, so you can get Instant Confirmation for your Recharge or Bill Payment without any delay. All your personal details are sent to our service providers in secure environment protected by SSL Encryption.
Do not worry, you are fully protected & we guarantee 100% refund on such cases. We will make sure to make another attempt to connect to your service provider to process your order in few minutes again of last failure to ensure you get the service desired or else 100% payment will be refunded as per Bank Policies. We advise you to wait for few minutes until the order status shows as Failed or Payment Refunded.
This is due to some network delay in connecting to your service provider and to ensure you are fully protected, we are making multiple attempts again after every few minutes to ensure you get the full Recharge Value. We advise you to wait for few minutes i.e. 5-10 Minutes before making another order or until you see Order Failed / Payment Refunded in your orders.
We advise you to immediately contact our customer care to look into this case for you with your service provider & take immediate action.
As per our refunds policy, any such case will not be eligible for any refunds/cancellations. We would advise you to contact your service provider directly for resolution on such case.

Payments
We allow multiple payment options like Saved Cards, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking (coming soon) for you to make your payment. All payment transactions are protected & processed in highly secure environment. The payment option will appear at the time of checkout of any service.
At the time of checkout, if you select Credit/Debit Card, you will be redirected to highly secure environment to enter your card details & after successful bank verification, payment will be processed. We do not save any card details on our server.
We are working with our Banks to enable this feature very very soon for you. Please bear with us while we make sure it is enabled in the most secure manner for you.
We follow highly transparent policy when it comes to payments. All charges will be shown at the time of checkout for you to verify and you can be assured there will not be any hidden charges or surprises for you at later date. You might see convenience fees on some services which will be different on each services which includes the service fees of the platform & VAT & will be visible before checkout. If you notice anything, we advise you to please contact our customer care immediately to understand & resolve the dispute.

Booking
We connect you to our booking service partners through deep linking with them i.e. you can place your order on our site only OR through their platforms directly. This depends upon the internal policies of each service partner but we make sure you connect to best & trusted partner in the industry so you dont have to search google every time you wish to book something.
If for any reason you change your mind, we will take every possible step to help you change or cancel your booking as per our partners policies. For faster response, we advise you to connect with our customer care or service provider directly to cancel/change your booking.
Please click on any order in My Orders to get all details including status & booking confirmation. We advise you to highlight to our customer care immediately if any issues.
Once your booking is confirmed, all payments will be done directly with our partners. You are required to pay the amount shown in your booking confirmation only without any additional charges. All additional charges will be clearly mentioned in your confirmation, if any.
This is due to network delay in connecting to your service provider which is beyond our control. But we will make several attempts to contact your service providers to ensure your booking is confirmed. We advise you to please wait for few minutes unti the status is changed to Order Failed to process another booking.
We are working very hard to ensure the booking status can be received real time from our service providers but some providers do not share that data as it is changed & you might see some delay or discrepancies in the status between our site & actual status. We advise you to check with service partner directly for updated status.
My Account
No, registration is absolutely free on our website or mobile app without any fees or subscription.
We take privacy very seriously for our users. All your personal details are safe with us and saved in the most protected environment safe guarded by many hacker proof vaults. We will never share any personal details with any partner without your consent.
We advise our users to use this utility for faster checkout without any need to re-enter your card details again for each order. You can save your cards in the most protected vault provided by banking partner & use the same for every transaction in future without entering your details again. We do not save any card details on our servers & all your card details entered in safe & secure environment only using this utility.
We advise our users to save your address one time using this utility so you don't have to re-enter it again & again for every order & save time at checkout. Your details are safe with us & not shared with any partner without your consent.
If for any reason you wish to close your account, please send a request to our customer care team using support page and it will be closed immediately without any questions asked. We would like to hear the reason if you like to improve our services for other users or to make it right for you if we can to have you part of our family.
